Kids Kingdom Terms & Conditions

Thank you for taking the time to look at the products and services we offer.

Booking with us

To secure the requested date and time we require a £20 deposit. The remaining balance is then due on the date of the event. We require this upon our arrival to the venue.

Cancelling your booking

If you wish to cancel your booking we do require 7 days notice for the deposit to be returned. After this period the deposit is non- refundable.

Outdoor Hires

As above applies.

If we have to cancel your booking due to the weather (rain / wind) you can move the date (depending on availability) or your booking will be cancelled and the deposit refunded.

Castle sizes

The bouncy castles all require a different amount of space. Please get in contact for this information. We also require a picture of the garden and access.

What if it Rains ?

If it rains during your booking move everyone off the equipment. Once the rain stops dry all of the equipment with a towel so its not slippery and the party can continue

Wind Speeds

During the days leading up to your event we will be monitoring the forecast. We will then contact any customers who may be affected.

If the wind or gusts exceed 24mph we will cancel the booking. In this case you may change the location to an indoor venue or reschedule your booking.

During Your booking

It is your responsibility to supervise the equipment and children. This includes making sure the children are using the equipment properly. No one goes around the back of the castle especially to touch the blower.

We supply a wind speed measurement device. You will be shown how to use and you will required to record the wind speed at a minimum of every 30 minutes or if the wind speed / gusts increase.

If you have a reading of 24mph or above you must quickly and safely get all users off the equipment and TURN OFF the inflatable.
